During a journey through the Himalaya in India my eyes opened with wonder and peace, so vulnerable!
How can I let these feelings merge into my art?
The bubbling had begun when I saw Buddha’s and Ganesha’s.
Once back in the Netherlands my first thought was to make a Buddha in Bronze, but metal is not as breakable as life is.
It became Blown Glass, but the dependence on renting a studio with a Gas Oven was to expensive every time.
So I bought my first electric oven and started to discover what the possibilities were with Casting Glass Images.
And that was a fast development with Exhibitions in Galleries and Museums in the Netherlands and abroad.
And it made me happy.
